In-Work NZ – Participation & Outcome Performance
From February 2001 to this current year, In-Work NZ (Inwork) has provided services to in excess of 15,291 clients across 7 Work and Income Regions. The Attachment provides the reader a very clear snap-shot of Inworks performance to May 2011. Throughout the activities In-Work has consistently performed at both high participation 97.62% and sustained employment 93.85%.
Inworks successes to date have been due to a strong working relationship with MSD and an internal dedication to the company’s mission and goals. The company adopts the ethos of “whatever it takes to achieve outcomes for both the Client and MSD”. Naturally, operational covenants are in place to work with all due respect to people, culture, law and the professional credibility of the parties involved.
Experience Working with Target Groups
Inwork has the experience of success within the Work and Income Contracted Environment over the past 11 years. In Work has only ever operated under the Outcomes Based Model; we embrace the responsibility and accountability placed upon us as a Provider to deliver outcomes.
From February 2001 to this current year, In-Work has provided services to in excess of 23,000 clients (Government and Non-Government) across 8 Work and Income Regions. Throughout the activities In-Work has consistently performed at acceptable sustainable employment retention rates.
The Sole Parent Support relevant Programmes that In-Work has facilitated over the past years include:
In-Work Support – Manukau, Franklin, Papakura, Waitakere, Waikato, Taranaki, Wellington and Canterbury.
Sole Parent Outcome Based Contracting – Auckland, Waikato, Wellington, King Country, Taranaki.
Sole Parent Employment Coaching – Auckland, Waikato
Within these programmes, the majority of clients present requiring mentoring and coaching as to their goals and future vocational directions. Plans are developed assessing and devising both the educational and vocational routes for the clients’ journey.
