In-Work NZ – Participation & Outcome Performance

From February 2001 to this current year, In-Work NZ (Inwork) has provided services to in excess of 15,291 clients across 7 Work and Income Regions.  The Attachment provides the reader a very clear snap-shot of Inworks performance to May 2011.  Throughout the activities In-Work has consistently performed at both high participation 97.62% and sustained employment 93.85%.

Inworks successes to date have been due to a strong working relationship with MSD and an internal dedication to the company’s mission and goals.  The company adopts the ethos of “whatever it takes to achieve outcomes for both the Client and MSD”.  Naturally, operational covenants are in place to work with all due respect to people, culture, law and the professional credibility of the parties involved.
